A little about me.

Hello, my name’s Rebecca

I’m a digital creative based on Vancouver Island. I create intentional, strategic design that brings my clients’ visions to life in a way that feels both meaningful and refined.

Art and design have always been a deep passion of mine, especially in exploring patterns, details, and the subtle elements that make something truly stand out. I find fulfillment in creating work that not only looks beautiful, but carries purpose and meaning.

Outside of design, you’ll often find me in nature; hiking, exploring, and traveling whenever I can. These experiences continue to shape my creative perspective, influencing the way I see, think, and create.

I believe design has the power to inspire, uplift, and spark individuality. My approach is rooted in thoughtful, ethical design; where every decision is made with care, intention, and impact.

Experience

  • Since 2018, I have worked with a variety of clients providing custom graphic design services across multiple industries. My freelance work focuses on developing strong visual identities through logo design, branding systems, signage, illustration, and website design.

A key part of my process is taking the time to truly get to know my clients and their businesses. Understanding their goals, audience, and vision allows me to create designs that are not only visually compelling but also meaningful and strategically aligned with their brand. I approach each project with a friendly, collaborative mindset and place a strong emphasis on clear communication—keeping clients informed and involved throughout the design process.

My work emphasizes thoughtful design and attention to detail, helping businesses communicate clearly and confidently through their visual identity. I’m passionate about creating high-quality, tailored solutions that elevate brands and build lasting relationships with the clients I work with.

  • Since 2019, I have worked as a freelance photographer capturing a wide range of subjects including weddings, brand photography, family sessions, landscapes, and travel photography. My experience includes working as a second shooter at weddings, where I assisted lead photographers in documenting events from multiple perspectives while ensuring important moments were captured naturally and creatively.

I also work with individuals and businesses to create brand imagery, lifestyle photos, and family portraits that feel authentic and personal. My approach to photography is similar to my design work—taking the time to understand my clients, their story, and the feeling they want their photos to convey.

I strive to create a comfortable and friendly environment during shoots, helping people feel at ease in front of the camera while maintaining clear communication throughout the process. Whether capturing personal milestones, brand visuals, or landscapes from my travels, my focus is always on creating thoughtful, high-quality imagery that tells a genuine story.
